8:30 AM Testing
Candidates should report to the Wolfforth Police Department before 8:30 AM on the date reserved for testing. Doors will be open at 8:00 AM. Check in will begin upon arrival and testing starts promptly at 8:30 AM. A photo ID and proof of TCLEOSE certification is required prior to testing. Academy students who will be taking the TCLEOSE test before April 1st will be allowed to test. Those candidate's application packets will be placed on hold pending their results of the TCLEOSE test.
5:15 PM Testing
Candidates should report to the Wolfforth Police Department before 5:00 PM on the date reserved for testing. Please arrive before 5:00 PM. Check in will begin upon arrival and testing starts promptly at 5:15 PM. A photo ID and proof of TCLEOSE certification is required prior to testing. Academy students who will be taking the TCLEOSE test before April 1st will be allowed to test. Those candidate's application packets will be placed on hold pending their results of the TCLEOSE test.
You will not be allowed to bring any electronic devices into the testing room. All supplies needed for the written test will be supplied by the police department.
Candidates that pass the written test will be briefed on the physical agility testing and asked to sign medical waivers. The types of tests that will be conducted are explained under the "hiring policy" link. Please ensure that you have appropriate attire for the physical agility testing. Facilities are available at the police department in which candidates can change clothing if needed. Once paperwork is completed, candidates will be given directions to the testing site for that portion of testing.
