Wolfforth Police Department

Our department is represented by a group of men and women with varying levels of experience. The Wolfforth Police Department has a dedicated team that ensures that our mission is carried out daily in a professional and courteous way. We are committed to our community and work to ensure a safe environment and a positive experience within the boundaries of our city. Our efforts are enhanced by the partnerships we have with area agencies in several disciplines. These partnerships bring additional resources and capabilities that benefit our city and the area as a whole. The City of Wolfforth has a population of about 4,000 residents. The Wolfforth Police Department was established by the city council on October 6, 1964. The council passed an ordinance allowing the council to appoint one or more "policemen" as soon as practical thereafter.
Currently, the Wolfforth Police Department is comprised of 11 full-time police officers, 1 Administrative Assistant, 2 reserve officers and a K-9.
Divisions within the department are patrol, criminal investigations, administration, emergency management, and code enforcement

Chief's Bulletin

It is an honor for me to serve this community. I have raised my family here and believe that this city is the finest in the area.

We are fortunate to live in an area where we feel safe, thanks in no small part to the fine police officers I have working for me. These officers take pride in the job they do and in the community they serve. We are here to serve the citizens of this community and will do our best to see that the citizens continue to live in a safe environment.

The citizens can be a great asset to us in helping keep the community safe. If you ever see anything suspicious or you just don't think something is right, please give us a call. We are never too busy to address the concerns of our citizens.

I would also like the citizens of Wolfforth to know that I have an open door policy. If there is ever a concern please feel free to give me a call or come by the office and if you see an officer doing an especially good job, please feel free to let us know.
